Founding Content & Campus Lead
Own the social side of OhHi from zero — what it sounds like, what we make, and how students start talking about it before launch. You'll work directly with the founder while the product is being built.
- part-time · 5–10 hrs/wk
- 2% equity, no salary yet
- clc student preferred
- no agency experience needed
We're looking for a Founding Content & Campus Lead to own the social side of OhHi from the beginning.
This is not a traditional social media manager position where you're handed a calendar and asked to schedule posts. You'll help figure out what OhHi sounds like, what our TikTok and Instagram presence feels like, what recurring formats we create, and how we get students talking about the product before it reaches their campus.
You'll work directly with the founder while the product is being built. The goal is to make OhHi feel like something happening on campus — not a company marketing to students.
What you'll own
- Developing recurring TikTok and Reel concepts
- Filming and editing short-form content, and appearing in it when that fits
- Finding students who are comfortable appearing in videos
- Casual campus interviews and social experiments
- Writing captions and social copy in OhHi's voice
- Building the pre-launch audience, then making the launch content
- Gathering student reactions that feed back into the product
- Directing the content our campus ambassadors make
The kind of content we're imagining
OhHi shouldn't feel like a startup running ads. Campus questions: "you've seen the same person in the library for three weeks. are you saying hi?" Street interviews: "what actually stops you from talking to someone you see around campus?" Situational: POV — you recognize half your lecture and know none of their names. Product moments shown inside real campus situations rather than polished demos.
You won't be expected to follow a rigid formula. Part of the job is discovering what works.
Who we're looking for
You do not need professional agency experience. A large following is not required — good taste and good instincts matter considerably more.
- Understands TikTok and Reels instinctively
- Can recognize why one video feels natural and another feels like an advertisement
- Comfortable filming with a phone and editing short-form video
- Understands college culture and how students actually communicate
- Comfortable approaching and talking to people
- Wants ownership rather than assignments, and knows building from zero takes consistency
You'll need to be 18 or older, since the product is 18+ and you'll be representing it.
How we work together
You post without waiting for approval. There's no content committee and no three-round review. Four things need a quick check with the founder first, and they're the only four: content showing a real OhHi user, any promise about safety or verification, any face or voice without a signed release on file, and anything describing how ID verification works.
Anyone who appears on camera signs a short content release before we post. It takes thirty seconds on a phone. We're an app built on verified identity and student trust, and we don't get to be careless with someone's face.
Compensation
Let's be direct about this, because vague equity talk is how people get burned. OhHi is pre-revenue and unfunded. There is no salary right now. What we're offering is 2% ownership in OhHi, on these terms:
- Vesting: four years, with a one-year cliff. After twelve months, 25% is yours and the rest vests monthly.
- Your equity is in OhHi specifically — not in Spark N Code's agency business.
- It gets papered before you start. Not "later," not "once we figure it out."
- If we raise or start earning, this role is intended to become paid, and we'll put what triggers that conversation in writing.
- If OhHi never becomes a company, you keep your work, your portfolio, and your credit. We're telling you that's possible up front rather than in a footnote.
How to apply
Don't send a formal cover letter. Tell us a little about yourself and why building the social side of OhHi sounds interesting to you. Then send any one of the following: a TikTok or Reel you've made, your personal social account, a creator or brand account whose content you think is especially good, three video ideas you would make for OhHi, or a 30-second video introducing yourself.
We're much more interested in how you think than what's on your résumé.
